Mónika Kormos Szabó
Institution Manager

I was still an elementary school pupil when music became a part of my life and I decided to become a piano teacher and teach children.
Although I was not admitted to the Music Secondary School and I could not make this dream come true, my love towards children reinforced my intention to choose a career in this line.
During my years spent at the Teacher's Training College, English became another favourite of mine beside children and music.
In 1992, I won a scholarship to Lancaster, England where several of my college groupmates and I were involved in English student life and could spend our internship among children of kindergarten and elementary school age in an elementary school.
In 1994 and 1995, I had an opportunity to go to the United States where I further developed my English skills.
In addition to me, my family has 6 teachers, each with his/her own specialisation.
My son, Benjamin was born in 2000. I became a mother too.
I started the Children's Shack of Delfino Playgroup with my small group in 2005 and, during the year that followed, we have obtained plenty of love and success from children and parents alike and learnt - and taught to children - a lot in a loving and cheerful atmosphere.
I finished a family childcare manager course in 2009.
As parents encouraged us, we had a great dream and created our Child Centre where we can offer both children and parent all that can fully ensure children's daytime development in a spacious, nice environment on a larger scale.
As a parent and teacher, I think we should primarily create emotional security for children and fill up their days spent with us as best we can.

Mónika Dotzi
Day Nursery Manager, teacher

I have been working with children for 12 years - healthy children and children with special needs alike. I graduated in 2003 from the Department of Socio-Psycho-Pedagogy and specialise in child hyperactivity. I attend professional training courses on an ongoing basis and currently I study infant care and education. I have been working for Delfino for five years as a creative assistant and teacher.

I hold Hungarian sessions with nursery rhymes, skill development sessions, creative sessions, children's exercise trainings and English sessions for day nursery children.

Rózsa Kiss
teacher

I was born in Budapest in 1982.
I spent 9 months in England in 2008 as a baby-sitter. During my stay, I decided to work with children later when I return to Hungary. While I was in England, I passed the highest level English examination (Level 2) of Trinity College London.

I have been working for Delfino since December 2008. I have attended an infant care and education course since February 2009 and I expect to obtain my OKJ certificate in May 2010. I was admitted to the Kindergarten Teacher Department of the university ELTE in 2009 and I will start my studies there in evening classes in September 2010.

I love my work because I have a very good time among children and I receive a lot of energy from them. I consider it important to create appropriate circumstances for profound free play, in addition to which I integrate English nursery rhymes and singing in our daily schedule.

Judy Győri
kindergarten teacher

I graduated from the University of Szeged in June 2010 as an English language teacher. During my studies at the University I became more and more interested in the younger age group and their language use; therefore I specialized in child language acquisition. I accomplished numerous teacher trainings organized by Oxford University Press, one designed for teaching English in kindergarten, which inspired me to deal with kindergarten-aged children. After my graduation I got admitted to a special need primary school and kindergarten in southern Finland where I spent 9 months teaching Arts and Craft, P.E, Music, Drama and mainly English to children with mental retardation, emotional problems, autism and learning difficulty. My hobbies are languages and Arts and Craft, I like singing and playing the guitar. I believe that children can acquire English easily by singing songs, telling nursery rhymes and stories. I am very glad to be the bridge between the two languages.

Úgy vélem a sikeres élethez hatékony verbális kommunikációra van szükség.Akik beszédükben  nehézségekkel küszködnek, nehezebben fejezik ki magukat, emiatt az élet különböző területein hátrányt szenvednek. Ezért tartom kiemelkedő fontosságúnak a beszéd-hang-nyelv- és kommunikációs zavarokban szenvedő gyermekek és felnőttek kommunikációs problémáinak felismerését és korrekcióját.

Herczig Anita

My name is Anita Herczig. I was born in Komarom, in 1983. I graduated at the Benedek Elek Pedagogy College in Sopron in 2005 as a nursery-school teacher. I have also completed my English language exam at the same time.

In the past 5 years I worked in 2 different nurseries. During these years, I became rich in experience, memories, and love. Looking after children, help to bring them up and improve their ability makes me happy. I know for a long time that this is the job I want to do, and this is my profession.

Started to work at Delfino on August 2010, where I would like to give the little ones the best of everything I can. I think it is important that music, literature, exercises, knowing and loving the world surrounds them, becomes a naturally loved part or their lives. I will try to do my best to make their lives as colorful as I can.

„Love the children, because they are the light of the lives. Night is falling when they go, day is breaking when they come” Ferenc Mora

Anna Katica Pekarik
(Graduate Performer)

I was born in Érsekújvár, in Highlands.
Most important part of my life is the Music.
The singing, the instrumental music, the choir-singing followed my whole life-way.
I started my studies at the School of Arts in my borning town, on faculty singing- piano-solfeggio, and after High School studies, I earned, received a Graduate Performer Degree, in singing-guitar, performing arts on faculty Krónikás Zenede, Budapest, in May 2007.  The fondness of occupations, togetherness with children were most determinative for me, beside the amazing, creative and spirit-shaping, changing world of the Music. Beneath the years of High School I may deal: creative English, music and vocal lessons.
After the completion of courses "Cambridge English School" I taught in English Playhouse in city Bregenz, and then I organized within musical-creative kid's tour also, to the Maltese Charity program called, "Play-Ground".
I did workshops with the help of hungarian folk music, rhythm, rhymes, kids melodies from the age of 2.
The excessively valuable thing from me is the children love, fidelity and trust, above all.
